  • product description:　　The hand-foot-mouth Disease is a common disease in children which has no effective vaccine and drug at present. The Enterovirus 71 (EV71) and Coxsackie Virus A16 (CA16) are two main pathogens of the Hand-foot-mouth Disease. It is meaningful for the prevention of the Hand-foot-mouth Disease to study on Divalent Vaccines and Polyvalent Vaccines. SCUVI has constructed the strains which can respectively express abundant EV71 and CA16 VLPs. Company also finished the research work on immunogenicity, protectiveness, purification process etc. Based on above results, the virus strains of EV71-VLP vaccine virus seed library (grade 3) has been verified by NIFDC and obtained China’s first full inspection qualification report on recombinant baculovirus species.
