  • product description:　　Enterovirus 71 (EV71) is one of the major causative agents for hand–foot–mouth disease (HFMD). Pre-clinical research on EV71 vaccine has been carried out in SCVC. After striving in many years, SCVC conducted a preclinical study of the EV71 vaccine. Up to now, we have finished the study on virus seed, techniques and quality. What’s more, a breakthrough is made in the key technology of animal model for vaccine evaluation. The EV71 isolates is screened by SCVC and used for vaccine through virus culture, harvest, inactivation, purification and adsorption. The virus seed library has been verified by NIFDC and obtained full inspection qualification report.
